My Compensation Rates

If finding the cheapest Realtor®️ Compensation rate is the most important thing to you, we may not be the best fit.

I aim to be transparent, especially regarding the compensation I charge for the services I render. You, as a seller, should know where your money goes and why. There's a common misconception that Realtors take home the full percentage listed on the listing agreement. When I agree to list your home I am responsible for paying my brokerage a portion of that amount, and the remaining balance is divided to cover marketing, advertising, agent fees, administration costs, as well as taxes, and finally the remaining portion is paid out to me.

The compensations listed below do not include the buyer's broker's compensation, as that will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
